[SGVLUG] Burning laptop anyone?

My Gateway laptop is my only PC at work and after several hours the
keyboard area would get pretty warm (not hot enough to explode but just
uncomfortable).

So I got this:

It blows air up into my laptop from underneath.  If I pick the laptop up
after several hours of use the underside is nice and cool but the top
keyboard area can still get warm. 

I'd like to think this keeps the battery and motherboard cooler and thus
last longer.  If nothing else I like the angle it raises the laptop on
and makes it more comfortable after several hours of coding.

Has anyone else had any luck with these "notebook coolers"?
