Hi,

Ok.. let me be straight:

Linux Virii/Trojans/Worms exist...

did you see that demo of the apple
system OS X getting "rooted" via a wi-fi
driver???

Linux is open to such attacks, especially
with the kernel level modules bugs/features.
(loadable modules.. can be very scary
in terms of security.)

Granted, MS OSes are currently far more exposed,
thanks to the full featured and loads of bugs
they have. MS has gotten better, and the
vista has a number of promises to make them
more secure.

Currently, if you run linux you dont have
AS much to worry about.

recall the original morris worm..
(OK .. it actually was a unix worm.)

a search in fsecure indicates at least one..
