They certainly do open it, I think you just hit a script that closes it
again above some traffic volume without anyone with a brain being in the
loop.  I repeat it might be a good idea to ask SpeakEasy about the issue,
then when your DSLExtreme contract is up tell DSLExtreme that you'd hate
to have to switch over the issue but you have a provider willing to help
already lined up.  That might get someone with a brain involved.
