Our event has been posted on the Caltech Calendar.  An email will
probably be sent out to subscribers tonight so if there are any
changes, please let me know ASAP.

As a reminder, be aware that the outside doors are normally locked
after hours so please be on time.  If the door is locked, knock gently
and hopefully we'll hear you as our meeting is in the first room. 
Please refrain from disturbing the occupants in the other offices as
they may not know about our meeting and might call security if  they
feel threatened or annoyed.  If there are complaints, we could lose
the room.
