a couple of months ago someone was looking to reduce or eliminate noise in a pc. i saw a write up on slashdot and i read the review of this PS. 0dBA at all times are the claims. http://www.silverstonetek.com/products-30nf.htm surely this won't power dual xeons, but it sounds like it would power dual amds. pricey too. jeff
