I think the room number is 107, however it is the FIRST room to the
right of the doorway as you enter the building (if entering from the
street-side), so knowing the number isn't strictly necessary.

The general rule (if you're early) is that each person to arrive is
"door monitor" for the next person, and so on, until we reach a critical
mass where someone is willing and able to keep watch on the door.

There was a suggestion to rig up a button/buzzer, and in fact I saw at
Fry's a $10 "remote" doorbell (wireless) -- the only thing I don't know
is how loud it might be  [note to self: consider heading home via the
fry's route...]
